We all have some sort of dysregulation we fall back to when we aren’t taking proper care of ourselves, and that’s okay!

What matters is that we recommit to routines that allow space and ease back into our lives, because that is where all abundance comes from!

Remember, the number of hours you spend in a day feeling the way you want to feel will give you the life you desire to live -  that's the true gauge of success!
